Order Issues
How do you obtain so many autographs?
Well we didn’t always get so many, it has been a long learning experience! We now are personal friends with many of the adult stars, agents and producers. We catch them at events, private signings and this list can go on forever! We usually host about 100 signings a year. We have our good days, and bad days lol.
How do I know if the autograph is real?
We always try to capture a picture of the stars autographing for us. This is not always possible as we sometimes do signings with multiple girls at once and it can get hectic. We also include our own Certificate of Authenticity with the item. ALL autographs we sell have been witnessed by one of our team members.
Delivery
How long till I receive my item?
We try to ship all orders within 3 business days of payment, generally speaking you should have your purchase within 10 days of payment. International shipping varies
Do you have special requests (personalization’s, special send ins)
We do offer this if we advertise a signing, please make sure to sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date/
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes you can, we ship with USPS and they are not always scanning in the items timely since covid. Usually within a few days they get scanned in and tracking is available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your Returns Policy?
If you don’t absolutely love your product we’ll be happy to take it back.
We want to make sure you are 100 percent happy with our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you may return it for store credit or refund within 30 days of payment.
Please email us or give us a call and we will get your return going within 48hrs. No hassles or unnecessary paperwork involved.
